Pre-production

Pre-production is the first stage of any project. The scope can vary from project to project. It can encompasses discovery, creative concepting, scheduling, script writing + creating a shot list or storyboard. The process can take anywhere from a day to several weeks depends on the scale of the project.

Pricing largely depends on the fidelity of the project and what pre-production elements are required to hit the agreed upon goals. Typically pre-production costs anywhere from $250-$2000.
Production

The length of a production can change based on a variety of factors such as number of shots, complexity of shots or scenes, filming locations, or any travel required. Typically the productions we shoot run between .5 to 2 days on set.

Along with the variance in time that a production can take, price can also fluctuate based on the time required, amount of people needed on set, hard costs, and any location rentals. Typically the productions we operate on range between $500-$4000.
Post-production

Post-production can involve many different pieces including editing, colour grading, sound design, sourcing stock footage, music selection, visual effects and even animation. Each project may have a different mix of these elements and this balance will dictate the timeframe of completion. Often post-production will take between 1-4 weeks

Since there is such a wide array of possibilities in post production, the cost can also vary. The projects we work on tend to land within the range of $500-$5000.
Review + Revisions
At Reevolve, we use a platorm called Frame.io for the review and revision process. This software allows us to keep track of the status of projects as well as receive feedback in the most constructive and efficient way possible.
